You can find us at G-87 near the Jaipur GPO. Being so close to the main post office means there is always people moving around. We are in the telecom business, mostly dealing with phones and connectivity. It’s an older part of the city and our shop fits right in. We’ve seen a lot of changes in technology since we started, but we just keep adapting. The space isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. Most days are spent talking to customers who need help with their mobile service or are looking for a new device. It can get a bit loud with all the city noise coming in from the street. We don’t have any fancy displays or anything, just the usual counters and shelves. It’s a bit cluttered sometimes because we have a lot of stock in a small area. We’ve got a regular group of people who come to us because they’ve known us for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Jaipur, just a reliable one where you can get your phone sorted without too much fuss. Sometimes the power goes out or things get delayed, but we just carry on. It’s a simple operation. We open up in the morning and stay until things quiet down in the evening. It’s what we do and we’re used to the hustle of the GPO area.
