You’ll find BHADRIYA AGRO INDUSTRIES right on Nh- 52. We are situated near Prince School at the Radha Swami Bagh Tiraha, out by the Bypass in Chomu. Being on the highway means there is a constant roar of traffic and a lot of dust that settles on everything we make. We work with metal and farm equipment, so the shop is full of the smell of welding and raw steel. Farmers stop by in their trucks to see what we have or to get something fixed before the harvest starts. It’s a large open shed mostly, so we get the wind blowing through, which is nice in the summer but cold in the winter. We don't have any polished floors or air conditioning; it’s just a practical place for doing heavy work. The ground is stained with oil and there are scrap pieces of iron in the corners. We spend most of our time out there with the tools, putting things together or cutting steel to size. Prince School is a good landmark because people sometimes miss the turn-off at the Tiraha. We keep a simple routine, starting when the sun comes up and finishing when it gets too dark to see clearly. It’s a rough-and-tumble kind of job, but it’s important for the folks around here who work the land. We just keep the hammers moving and the machines running.
