Baba Exporters

Baba Exporters is tucked away at number 47, inside Chaudhary House on Hawa Mahal Road. It is a very busy area because of all the people visiting the landmarks nearby every day. Being inside Chaudhary House gives us a little bit of a shield from the noise of the main road, though you can still hear the horns honking all day long. The building is quite old and has high ceilings, which helps keep it a bit cooler when the summer heat starts to pick up in the afternoon. We have been operating from this address for many years now. The rooms are filled with stacks of paperwork and samples from our various projects. We don't really bother with making the place look like a modern office. It’s more about being functional for what we need to do. Every morning, the first person in opens the heavy doors and gets the fans going. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists and schedules. It is a family-style environment where we all know each other’s business and help out. We usually share a big pot of tea in the afternoon while we talk about what needs to be shipped out next. It is just a simple, honest place to work on Hawa Mahal Road. We like the history of the building and the fact that we are right in the middle of everything.
