Our office is located at number 123 in Hanuman Nagar, right in the VKIA area. Being in an industrial zone means things stay pretty busy from Monday to Saturday. We handle various supplies that local businesses need to keep their operations going. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure orders get loaded onto the trucks correctly without any mistakes. The office isn't much to look at, just some heavy desks, filing cabinets, and the faint smell of old paper and dust from the road outside. We have been in this spot for several years now. Most of our day is spent on the phone talking to suppliers or checking inventory in the back room. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside on the plastic chairs for a bit until it comes back on. It’s a practical kind of place. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decorations because that's not what the customers here care about. They just want their items delivered on time so they can get on with their own work. The traffic around VKIA can be a real headache with all the big lorries, but you get used to the noise after a while. We know most of the other shop owners around here. We often share tea in the morning before the big rush starts. It is just a regular local business trying to keep things moving.
