Arihant Gem Exports

We are located at 392 Hanuman Street, right in the middle of Johari Bazaar. If you’ve ever been to the bazaar, you know it is a very crowded and busy place with narrow lanes. Our office is tucked away in one of those old buildings. We’ve been at this spot for many years now. It’s not a retail shop where you walk in and see everything on display. Instead, we have a few long tables with bright lamps where we sit and look at gemstones all day. We do a lot of exporting, so there are always boxes and packing materials piled up in the corners. The walls are thick and the ceilings are high, which is nice when it gets hot outside. We spend a lot of time with our magnifying glasses, checking each stone before it gets put into a packet. It’s a lot of quiet work, even though the street outside is incredibly loud with people and traffic. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and some old photos. Sometimes we have people come in to sell us stones, and we sit on the old wooden chairs and negotiate. It’s a traditional way of doing things and we haven't felt the need to change much over the years. We just focus on the gems and getting them out to where they need to go.
