Anushkha Herbal Beauty Parlour

I have been running this small parlour in Lohiya Colony for some years now. It is located right on Vaishali Marg in the Vaishali Nagar area of Jaipur. It is not a very big or fancy place, just a simple shop where local women come to get their work done. I mostly handle everything myself, but sometimes my sister helps out when things get busy during the wedding season. We focus on using herbal things like henna and natural oils because that is what I know how to use. The shop has a few chairs and mirrors that have been here since we first opened the doors. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, but the ceiling fan works okay most of the time for the customers. The street outside is usually noisy with cars and bikes going past on the way to the market. I try to keep the place tidy, but with the dust from the road, it is a constant job to stay on top of it. Most of my customers are neighbors who have been coming to me for a long time. We do basic things like threading, hair trims, and herbal facials. I did a course in herbal beauty a long time ago and decided to start this on my own in this neighborhood. It is a quiet life and I enjoy talking to the ladies about what is happening in the colony. We usually open around ten in the morning.
