Our agency is situated on Lalsot Road, right near the Nagauri Puliya. It’s an easy spot to find if you know the area well. We deal with various distributions and supply work here, mostly focusing on getting goods to where they need to go in the Lalsot region. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork and ledgers. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to drivers who come in and out. There’s always someone coming by to check on an order or to see if a shipment has arrived yet. The road outside can get quite busy with trucks and motorcycles, especially during the day. We’ve been operating from this location for quite a while, so most of the local traders know us. It can be a bit chaotic sometimes when multiple deliveries arrive at once, and we have to scramble to get everything sorted out. We don’t really use fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still done the old-fashioned way because it works for us. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of details. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the supplies reach the shops on time. It’s a basic business, nothing too complicated, just hard work and staying on top of the daily schedule near the bridge. We just take it one day at a time.
