We are located down Khuteton Ka Rasta in Kishanpole Bazar. It’s a very old part of town, and the lanes are narrow, so it’s always crowded with people and cycles passing by. Ankit Mobile Point is right in the thick of it. The shop is quite small, but we cram a lot into it. We have shelves reaching up to the ceiling filled with mobile parts and accessories. It gets very noisy with the sounds of the bazaar coming in all day long. I usually have tea with the neighbor who runs the shop next door while we wait for the first customers. People come in with all sorts of problems, like phones that fell in water or screens that are completely shattered. We do our best to fix them right there on the small workbench I have in the corner. It’s a bit cramped, and sometimes I have to move piles of boxes just to find a specific tool. The lighting isn't the best, but we've got a good lamp for the detail work. Dealing with the crowd in Kishanpole Bazar takes a lot of patience, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to be a big fancy store; we just want to be the place where people can get their phones sorted out without any hassle. It's a busy, messy, and honest way to spend the day. We have been here for years now and seen the changes in the market firsthand.
