Anil Enterprise

We are located in Purohit Ji Ki Haveli which is right in the middle of Purohit Ji Ka Katla. Johari Bazar is a hectic place to be but being inside a haveli makes it feel a bit different. The walls are thick and you can tell the building has been there for a very long time. We have our setup for Anil Enterprise tucked away in one of the sections. It is a lot of stairs and narrow passages to get here. We move goods in and out every day and it can be a real workout carrying stuff through the market crowds. The fans are always running in the summer because it gets quite stuffy deep inside the old buildings. We don't spend much on decorating the place because we are too busy checking the inventory. Most of the people we deal with are other shopkeepers or folks who know the bazaar inside out. You have to be careful not to trip on the uneven floors. We have our ledgers and our tea breaks. Sometimes the tea guy forgets us because we are hidden away so far. We just do our business and watch the seasons change through the small windows. It is a very old way of working but it suits what we do here. There is always someone coming by to ask for something specific and we have to hunt through the crates to find it. It is just how life goes in the Katla.
