Akshar Telecom Pvt Ltd has been around Jawahar Nagar for quite some time now. You can find us at Gol Market, specifically CC-207. The market is always crowded and noisy, especially in the evenings when everyone is out buying vegetables or snacks. We handle all sorts of phone issues and recharges every day. People come in with cracked screens or phones that won't turn on after a drop. It gets pretty hectic when three or four people are all talking to you at once. We have a small counter and some wooden stools for customers to wait on. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to tell people to come back later for their recharges or bill payments. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard and a screwdriver. The shop gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, so we spend half the morning just wiping down the glass cases. It’s a local business and we know most of the regular faces who walk by every day. We carry different accessories too, mostly things people need urgently like cables or cheap earphones. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just open up in the morning, fix what we can, and go home when the market shuts down at night. It’s a steady life in a busy part of town. We’ve thought about moving but CC-207 is where everyone expects to see us.
