Akrati Architects

Akrati Architects is out on Sirsi Road in the Meenawala area, specifically at A-165 in Bhuveneshweri Vatika. It is a bit further out from the main city noise, which is actually quite nice when you are trying to concentrate on floor plans. The office feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, probably because of the location. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change as more houses go up around us. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that; it’s just us doing the work. Usually, there is some music playing in the background while we work on the latest project. We talk a lot about how to make things functional for people living in Jaipur, considering the sun and the space. Sometimes we get stuck on a design for hours, and other times it just clicks right away. There is no real secret to it, just putting in the time. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city or anything like that. We just want to do a decent job so that the people who live in the houses we design are happy enough. It is a simple life here on Sirsi Road. We take our breaks, talk to the neighbors, and try to keep things moving forward. It’s honest work and we like the pace of it.
