Shriram Associates

Our office is located in Pratap Nagar, right near the Airport Pulia in Sanganer. Being so close to the airport means we hear the planes all day long, which took some getting used to. We’ve been here for quite a while now. Shriram Associates is mostly just a few of us handling property matters for the people in this area. The traffic near the pulia can get pretty bad during rush hour, so we usually tell people to come by in the late morning. We deal with land and buildings all around Sanganer and Pratap Nagar. Our office is full of stacks of paper and old calendars. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. If someone needs to find a shop or a plot, they usually just drop in for a tea and a chat. We try to keep things simple. We don't use any of those big words you see in corporate brochures. We just show people what’s on the market and help them with the paperwork if they decide to go ahead. It’s a lot of waiting around sometimes, especially at the government offices. We’ve grown to know the local rhythms of the neighborhood. The sun hits our front window pretty hard in the afternoon, so it gets a bit bright. We just pull the curtains and keep working. It’s honest work, and we are just happy to be part of the community here near the airport.
