Aggarwal Telecom

Aggarwal Telecom is located over in the Bais Godam area. We are tucked into Kishan Nagar at number 11. It is a bit of an older part of the city, so the buildings have that lived-in feel to them. We’ve been operating out of this space for quite some time now. It is mostly a place where people come for their phone recharges, new SIM cards, or just to complain about their network signal. Being in Kishan Nagar means we see a lot of the same faces every day, which is nice for us. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of wires and boxes. Sometimes the shop feels a bit cramped when three or four people come in at once, but we manage somehow. The heat in the summer can be a bit much since the shop faces the sun in the afternoon, but the old fan keeps us going. We try to be helpful when someone can’t figure out their new smartphone settings. It’s not a complicated business. We open up in the morning, stay through the day, and head home once it gets dark. Bais Godam is a central enough spot that something is always happening outside on the street. We just stay focused on the work inside at number 11. It’s a steady life and we are glad to be part of this neighborhood for all these years. We just take it one day at a time.
