Agarwal Telepoint

Our place, Agarwal Telepoint, is located right in the JDA Market, shops 35 and 36, on the Mansarovar Link Road. It is a busy area, especially on weekends when the market gets crowded. We have been in this spot for some time, dealing with mobile phones and accessories every day. The shop is basically two units joined together, so there is enough room to keep stock and talk to customers. People usually come in looking for a new cover or because their charger stopped working. A lot of students from the nearby areas and families doing their weekly shopping stop by. The Link Road stays quite noisy with all the cars, but we are used to it by now. It is a straightforward business. Morning starts with opening up, tidying the glass cases, and waiting for the first person to walk through the door. Sometimes we are just sitting there chatting with other shopkeepers from the JDA Market when things are slow. A big corporate team doesn't exist here. It's just a few of us making sure the work gets done correctly. If you are passing by shops 35-36, you will see our sign. Being helpful without making a big deal out of it is our way. It’s just how we run things here. Work is steady and market life has its own rhythm. We stay open late most days to help people.
