Agarwal Telecom

We have been here at Tonk Phatak for quite some time now. G 10 is where you can find us if you are walking around the main market area. Running a shop like Agarwal Telecom keeps us busy all day. People come in mostly for phone recharges or to look at some basic mobile accessories. Sometimes the internet is slow and customers have to wait, but that is just how it goes. We try to keep the shop clean but on dusty days it is hard to stay on top of it. Most of our neighbors know us well. It gets loud outside with all the traffic passing by Tonk Phatak, so we usually have the door closed or a fan running. We stock things like screen guards and cables. If we don't have something in stock, we usually tell people where else they might look. It is just a small space, nothing fancy. We open up in the morning and stay until late evening. My brother helps out sometimes when it gets crowded. We have a few chairs for people to sit while they wait for their phone work to get done. Dealing with different people every day is interesting. Some are in a hurry, others want to talk for a bit. We just handle the daily stuff as it comes. We have a small counter for the SIM cards. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we never find the time to close.
