Saraswathi Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group is called Saraswathi Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are located care of Chaithanya Mandal Samakya in Dilwarpur. It’s right in Dilwarpur Village, inside the Dilwarpur Mandal. This is a company run by women from the local area. We all live around here and have been farming for most of our lives. The office is a simple room where we keep our files and meet up to plan things. It’s usually pretty loud because there’s always someone stopping by to chat or ask about the farming season. Dilwarpur is a quiet place mostly, but our office gets busy. We handle a lot of different things like buying supplies together and finding ways to sell what we produce. We don't have any big bosses or fancy titles that matter. We just work together as a team. Most of us have families and other chores, so we fit the company work in between everything else. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure everyone is doing okay. We’ve been doing this for a while now and it’s become a big part of the village life. You won't find any glossy brochures here, just some handwritten ledgers and a lot of hard work. We are just local women trying to make things work for our farms and our homes. It’s not easy, but we get it done.
