We are based in Dandepally Village, which is part of the Elkathurthy Mandal. Our office is simply located at H.No. 5-131. It’s a very quiet village, and our company is just a part of the daily rhythm here. We don’t have a flashy storefront or a big sign. It’s a house where we’ve set up some desks and chairs to manage the producer company. Most of the people involved are local farmers who have lived in this area for their whole lives. We know the soil and the way the seasons change better than anyone else. We spend our mornings checking on things and our afternoons sitting in the office going over the books. It’s not high-tech work. We use a lot of paper and do a lot of talking face-to-face. That’s how things get done in Dandepally. Sometimes the rains are late and everyone is a bit stressed, or the harvest is good and the atmosphere is a lot lighter. We take it as it comes. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big words or polished reports. We just want to make sure the farmers here get what they need and that the business stays afloat. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we are used to it. If you come looking for us, just ask for house 5-131. Someone will be around to say hello and maybe offer you a drink while we talk about the crops.
