Konaraopeta Mandala Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are based at 6 30 in Sirsilla, which is part of the Karim Nagar area in Telangana. Our group is called Konaraopeta Mandala Farmers Producer Company Limited. It is basically just a collection of local farmers who decided to team up. We spend most of our time out in the fields, so the office isn't always full of people. Life here is centered around the seasons. When the rain comes, we are all busy with the planting. When it’s dry, we worry about the water levels. We started this company because it was getting harder to handle things like seeds and fertilizers on our own. We aren't some big corporate office with people in suits. We are regular folks who know how to work the soil. The address 505301 is where we keep our records and hold our meetings. Sometimes we sit there for hours just discussing the price of crops or the new rules from the government. It’s a practical way to survive in this business. We don't have any fancy mission statements or marketing talk. We just want to make sure we can sell what we grow and have enough left for our families. The work is hard and the sun is hot, but that is the life we have chosen. We handle the paperwork as best as we can, even if it gets confusing sometimes. We just keep moving forward, one day at a time, trying to do right by the land and each other.
