The office is really just a place to meet and talk about the harvest. Nobody here is wearing a suit or giving big speeches. We just sit on plastic chairs at the plot and figure things out together. We have been at this for a while now, and the neighbors know us well. It’s about making sure the crops get sold and that the folks in Baulangapo have what they need for the next planting. We spend a lot of time talking to the farmers about what they are seeing in their fields. It is a simple operation and we like it that way because it keeps us close to the actual work and the people who do it.
