S K Mans Parlour

We have been running S K Mans Parlour for a long time now in Jabalpur. Our shop is located right besides the Abhinandan Hotel, which is very close to the main bus stand area. Because of where we are, we see all kinds of people every single day. Some are locals from the city who have been our regulars for years, and others are just passing through after getting off a long-distance bus. It is a straightforward place. We handle basic haircuts, beard trims, and head massages. Nothing is too complicated here. The shop isn't very large, but we make sure there is enough space for everyone to sit and wait their turn on the wooden benches we have. The noise from the bus stand comes in sometimes, especially the horns and the shouting of the conductors, but we are used to it by now. Jabalpur gets quite hot, so we keep the two ceiling fans going at full speed all day long. We don't use any fancy products or expensive machines that you see on TV. It is just us, our scissors, and some standard creams. Most people like to talk about the weather or local news while they sit in the chair. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working through the day. We try to keep the mirrors clean and the towels washed, though it is a constant job with so many people coming in and out from the dusty road. It’s just a regular man's parlour for a quick fix.
