R S Beauty Parlour

R S Beauty Parlour is located at 6 Greater Road in the Civil Lines area of Jabalpur. We are right by the old Empire Talkies, which is a landmark everyone around here knows. Also, the Pahlwan Baba Mandir is very close, so we often hear the bells and the prayers while we are working on someone’s hair. The shop itself is tucked away and can be a bit hard to find if you aren't looking for the sign. It’s a small space, barely enough for two workstations and a few chairs for waiting. We have a lot of old magazines piled up on a table for people to read, though most of them are a few years old now. The air inside always smells like hairspray and cheap perfume. We deal with a lot of bridal work during the season, which means some very early mornings and late nights. The rest of the year, it’s just the usual stuff like threading and simple cuts. The road outside is always busy with people going to the cinema or the temple. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with the parking, but we manage. We’ve had the same curtains for a long time, and the floor tiles are a bit chipped near the entrance. It’s a humble place, but it’s our livelihood. We just try to do a decent job so people come back next month. Sometimes we have to share the waiting area with bags of supplies because there's no storage room.
