We have been at Nandini House for a while now. It is on the second floor, room number 11. Most people know the area because of the Pick N Move Supermarket nearby. It's a busy spot in Mahalaxmi Nagar. Being on the second floor means there is a bit of a view of the main road. The office isn't fancy, just some desks and chairs where we handle bookings. Usually, the mornings are quiet but things pick up after lunch. All sorts of travel plans are dealt with here. Sometimes it’s just a train ticket, other times it’s a whole family trip. My desk is always covered in papers and brochures. Trying to keep things organized is a challenge, and it gets messy when we are busy. People just walk in from the street to ask about prices. A small sign is outside so nobody misses us. It’s a local business, nothing corporate. We know the neighbors around here. The stairs to the second floor are a bit narrow. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we manage. We’ve been in Indore for years. Scheme 94 is a decent area to work in. Getting the tickets right is our main focus. Nothing too complicated about how we work. Just a regular travel office.
