Citizen Travels

Citizen Travels has its office at 170 Rnt Marg Jhabua Tower Road. If you have ever walked down that road, you have probably passed us without thinking much about it. We have been here for quite some time, helping people get where they need to go. It is a busy little office with maps on the wall and a few old chairs for anyone waiting. We do not have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. Most of what we do is just answering phones and booking tickets. Sometimes the printer jams right when we are in a hurry, which is always annoying. The staff here knows the routes and the schedules pretty much by heart. We do not use a lot of big words or try to sell you something you do not need. It is just straightforward travel help. The building itself is a bit older, and the stairs can be a climb, but it feels like home to us now. We see a lot of different people coming through the door every day. Some are in a rush and some just want to sit and talk about their trip for a bit. We try to be helpful without being over the top. It is a simple business, really. We just show up, do the bookings, and make sure the details are right. That is how things go at Citizen Travels.
