You can find us downstairs at LG 38 in Orbit Mall. Being in a mall means there’s always people walking by, which we like. We spend our days talking to people about where they want to go on their next trip. We have a lot of brochures and maps scattered around the office. It’s a small space, but we’ve made it work for us over the years. We aren't a big travel agency with a huge call center. It’s just a few of us here who know a thing or two about booking hotels and finding flights. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it's quiet enough to hear the mall music. We try to help people figure out their plans without making it too complicated. Traveling can be stressful to plan, so we just take care of the details. We’ve had people come back to see us after their trips to tell us how it went. That’s the best part of being here. We don’t have a fancy website with bots. If you want to talk to us, you just come to the mall or give us a call. It’s a straightforward business. We just like helping people get away for a bit. Orbit Mall is a good home for us, and we've been here long enough that the security guards know our names. We keep some extra chairs for when customers want to sit and talk through their itineraries.
