We are set up at 101 Pricanco Colony on Annpurna Road. It’s a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the main market, which we actually prefer. People can just drop by and sit down on the sofa to talk about where they want to go for their next break. We have been in this house for some time and converted the front part into our workspace. There are some old brochures on the table and a big map pinned to the wall that we use to show people different routes. We don't have a big sales team or a call center. It’s usually just one or two of us answering the phone or replying to messages. We spend a lot of time looking for decent hotels that don't cost a fortune. Sometimes the phone rings late at night with someone asking about a flight, and we try to help them out if we are still awake. It’s a bit of a personal way to run things, but that’s how we like it. We’ve had neighbors come in just to chat and ended up helping them plan a trip to the mountains or the beach. The colony is easy to find, and there is usually space to park out front. We just enjoy the process of looking up new places and helping people get away from their daily routine for a bit.
