We’re located up on the second floor, Shop No. 141, in the Telgali section of Siyaganj. It’s a bit of a climb, but it gets us away from the main noise of the street down below. Siyaganj is always buzzing, especially near the railway station, so being a floor up helps a little. We handle all sorts of tea deals from this small office. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the samples and files, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who climb the stairs to see us. We’ve been in Telgali for a good while and know most of the other shopkeepers around here. It’s a tight-knit community, even if it looks chaotic from the outside. We don’t have a big fancy showroom; it’s just a place where we do business. The light isn't always great in the hallway, but our shop is comfortable enough. We focus on getting the right tea to the right people without any extra fluff. It’s just straightforward work, the kind our fathers and grandfathers might have done. We don't try to be something we're not. We just know tea, and we know Siyaganj. If you find yourself in Telgali, just look for the sign for number 141 and come on up. We’re usually here from morning until the market starts to wind down in the evening. It's a busy life but it's ours and we like it.
