Our place is over at 1, Industrial Area on Sanwer Road. Being Flamex Foods & Drinks Pvt. Ltd. means we are right in the thick of the industrial zone. It’s a lot of grey buildings and big trucks around here. The Sanwer Road area is pretty busy from early morning until late at night. Inside our unit, it's mostly about the production lines. We deal with food and drinks, so things have to stay clean, which takes up a lot of our time. It’s not like those offices you see on TV with plants and soft chairs. We have metal tables, concrete floors, and a lot of noise from the machinery. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we all know each other well. We eat lunch together and talk about the weekend while the machines are being serviced. Sometimes the supply of ingredients is late because of traffic on the main road, and we have to scramble to catch up. That’s just how it goes in the industrial area. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on getting the bottles and packets ready. It’s a lot of repetitive work, checking seals and watching the gauges. It keeps us busy and the days go by fast. If you're driving down Sanwer Road, you can't miss the turning for the industrial block. We’re right at the start. It’s noisy and dusty, but it is where we do our business.
