Vijaylaxmi Bus Service

Our main office is at 157 in Gandhi Tower on R N T Marg. We are located right near the Dawa Bazar and Hotel Royal Residency. It’s a very busy part of the city, so it can be a bit of a struggle to find a place to park your scooter sometimes. We’ve been running this bus service for a long time as a family business. My uncle started it years ago, and now a few of us manage the daily operations. We spend our mornings talking to the drivers and checking on the maintenance of the buses. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of logbooks. We aren't a big, polished company with a fancy headquarters. Our office has old wooden desks and piles of paperwork because that's what works for us. We handle a lot of bookings for weddings, school trips, and long-distance travel. People come in to sit down and discuss the routes and the timing. We try to be very realistic about how long a journey will actually take, especially with the road conditions as they are. If there's a problem with a bus in the middle of the night, one of us is usually up on the phone trying to sort it out. It’s hard work, but we take pride in being a local fixture in Indore. Most of our customers are people who have been using us for years.
