Our office is in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, at number 83. We are located right near the Ram Mandir, which is a very busy and well-known landmark. Being in Indore is good because it is right in the middle of everything. We handle different parts of the Ispat business from this specific location. The street outside is always full of life, and you can hear the sounds of the traffic and the temple bells throughout the day. We are just a small team of people. We do not have a big human resources department or several layers of management. If you call us, you will probably talk to one of the same three people every time. We deal with the logistics of moving steel, which is a lot of work even if it doesn't involve heavy lifting in the office itself. Most of our time is spent looking at invoices and making sure the transport trucks are scheduled correctly. It is a lot of phone coordination and keeping the ledgers updated by hand or on the computer. The office can get quite warm during the summer months, but we have a few old fans that keep the air moving. We know our regular customers and transporters by their first names. People often stop by just to have a quick chat and a cup of tea. It is a traditional way of working. We do not have a fancy website or marketing. We just focus on the work and try to get everything finished before the sun goes down.
