We've been here at the Nainod site for a while now. If you head down Bhagirathpura Road, you'll find us right near the railway station. It gets pretty loud when the trains go by, but we've gotten used to it over the years. Our spot is in Lakshmi Bai Nagar, and usually, the mornings are the busiest when everyone is trying to get through the traffic around the station. It’s a lot of hard work here at Uttam Galva Metaalics Ltd. Most of the guys show up early, grab some tea from the stall down the road, and then we get started with the heavy lifting. The floor is always covered in dust and metal bits, but that's just how it is in this line of work. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a desk with too many papers and some old chairs. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break outside until it comes back. It's not a glamorous place, but it's where we spend most of our lives. The neighbors know us, and we know them. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the yard gets a bit messy with trucks coming in and out. It’s just how things go. We're easy to find if you're coming from the main road, just look for the big gates past the station junction. We often sit outside during lunch, watching the crowds near the tracks. It’s a simple routine, day after day.
