Working near Rajbada means it's always crowded and lively. Our place is in Building No 10, which is Malpani House on Prince Yashwant Road. We are right next to the Bata Showroom. It’s easy to find if you’re walking around that area. The streets are narrow and full of shops. We’ve been here at Udaan Tours & Travels for a good amount of time. The office is a bit old but it has a lot of character. We deal with a lot of walk-in customers because of the location. People are always out shopping nearby. My desk is near the window, so I watch the crowds while I work. It gets very busy during festival seasons. We handle travel bookings, mostly for people going on holidays or visiting relatives. It’s a lot of typing and checking dates. The internet can be slow sometimes, which is frustrating. We keep a cooler for water in the corner. It’s a humble space. Nothing like those big agencies you see in malls. We know the shopkeepers around us. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs. It’s just how things are in this part of Indore. Practical and busy. We try to help everyone who walks through the door, even if they're just asking for directions to the main square.
