Our business is in Hati Pala, right in the middle of Loha Mandi near the Sarwate Bus Stand. If you’re looking for steel, this is the area where everyone goes. Our shop is filled with all kinds of metal products, from heavy rods to thin sheets. It’s a very industrial environment, so it’s always loud with the sound of metal being moved and trucks honking outside. The air always has that sharp, metallic smell that you only find in a steel market. We spend most of our day measuring, cutting, and helping people load up their trucks. Our clothes are usually covered in a bit of dust and grease, which is just part of the job. It’s not a place for sitting around. We don't have a fancy office or any polished displays. We just have our inventory and a basic desk where we handle the paperwork. Being so close to the bus stand means there’s a constant stream of people and traffic passing by. We’ve been here in Sarwate for many years now and we know the local contractors and builders quite well. We don't bother with fancy talk or promotional gimmicks. We just give people the steel they need for their work and move on to the next order. It’s a tough, physical business, but it’s what we’ve always done and we’re good at keeping things moving. The metal is heavy and the work is hard but we get by.
