The Venus Tours And Travels

Our place is House No 31 on Kesar Bagh Road, right in Lokmanya Nagar. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of a market. The Venus Tours And Travels is run out of this house. We converted the front part into an office. It feels a bit more personal than a shop. You walk in and it’s like visiting a friend. We have a couple of desks set up and some old posters of mountains and beaches. We’ve been doing this for a few years now. Most of our clients are people from the surrounding blocks who’ve known us for ages. We do a bit of everything—trains, planes, and car rentals. It’s just a few of us here. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy lobby. Usually, there’s some music playing softly in the background and someone’s lunch smelling good in the back room. We take things as they come. If someone needs a quick ticket, we jump on it. If it’s a long trip, we sit down and look at the options together. We aren't interested in being the biggest agency in Indore. We just want to do a decent job so people keep coming back. It’s a practical way to work. The street outside is lined with trees, so it’s a nice view when we look out the window. We’re just regular people working in a regular neighborhood.
