We’re located at N 8 in Saket Nagar. If you know where The Genius School is, we are right across from it. It’s a nice area with a lot of families around. Talkconcepts is our small office where we handle different kinds of travel and communication services. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for us to get our work done. We have a few computers and a long table where we sit. It gets a bit lively when school lets out because of all the kids and parents outside. We’ve been here for some time now. We aren't some big multinational company; we’re just local folks from Indore. Our office is pretty basic. No fancy decor or designer furniture. Just the stuff we need to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or emailing back and forth. Sometimes we have a small line of people waiting, and we just ask them to grab a stool and wait a minute. We don’t use scripts or corporate talk. We just speak normally to everyone who walks in. It’s a bit of a messy desk sometimes, but we know where everything is. We like being in Saket Nagar because it feels like a real community. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just provide a service and try to do it as best as we can with the tools we have. It’s a modest setup but it suits us fine.
