Sonal Tours & Travels is situated in New Siyaganj, specifically at Ms-A, G-9. We are quite close to the Tata car showroom, which is the easiest way to find us if you are new to the area. New Siyaganj is a bit different from the old market; it’s a little more organized but still gets very busy during business hours. Our office is on the ground floor, marked G-9. It’s a compact space, just enough for a couple of desks and some filing cabinets. We don't have a big sign or anything, just a small one on the door. Every morning we come in, turn on the lights, and start going through the bookings for the day. It’s mostly just making sure the cars are ready and the drivers know the pickup points. We have a computer, but we still like to write things down in a big diary just in case. The area around the Tata showroom is usually filled with people looking at cars, so there’s always something to watch out the window. We get a fair amount of dust inside because of the construction nearby, so we end up cleaning the tables twice a day. We aren't a big company with many branches; it’s just this one spot. We stay here until late evening, making sure everyone has their travel plans sorted. It's just a regular job in a busy part of Indore.
