Solanki Fabrication

If you go down towards Plot No 312 in Malviya Nagar, you will find our shop. Solanki Fabrication has been in this spot for a while now, right near that MR-9 road which always has traffic. It is a noisy place because we are always cutting metal or welding something together. The floor is usually covered in steel scraps and dark dust from the grinders. We do not have a big office or anything, just a desk tucked in the corner where the paperwork sits under a heavy paperweight so the fan doesn't blow it away. People from the neighborhood stop by often, usually asking if we can fix a gate or make a small frame for them. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so we keep the big shutters open to catch whatever breeze comes through. Sometimes we run out of space when a big project is going on, and things spill out toward the front. It is mostly just a few of us here getting our hands dirty and making sure things are joined up right. We have some old tools that still work better than the new ones we bought last year. You can hear the hum of the machines from the street before you even see the sign. It is just a regular workshop where we spend our days making things out of iron and steel. Sometimes we stay late when a job needs finishing, just working under the bright lights until it is done right and ready to go.
