Shriram Steel & Stones

Shriram Steel & Stones is located right on A.B. Road. We are quite close to the Kattha Mill, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. If you reach the mill, you are basically there. We handle a lot of steel and various types of stones here. The yard can get a bit dusty because of all the trucks passing by on A.B. Road, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We spend most of our mornings unloading new stock. It’s a lot of heavy lifting. Shriram Steel & Stones isn’t a large corporation or anything like that. It’s just a group of us making sure orders get filled. The building itself is simple. We don't have any flashy signs or air-conditioned showrooms. Usually, people just pull up their trucks and we get to work. Dealing with both steel and stone means we have a lot of different things moving through the gates. Sometimes we are short-handed, but we get the job done eventually. It’s noisy near the Kattha Mill, but we like the spot. Being on A.B. Road means we see a lot of different faces every week. We have been here for a while and most locals know the spot. We just keep the gates open and handle whatever comes our way. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. There isn't much more to it than that, just daily labor.
