We are located at Plot No 2/1 in Chhoti Gwaltoli, which is a very busy part of Indore. You can find us right near the Patel Statue and the Haji Samad Lodge. Most locals know exactly where that is because of the lodge and the statue. Our office is a simple setup with a few desks and some chairs for whoever walks in. We aren't trying to be some polished corporate agency. It is just a local spot where we handle bus bookings and car rentals. The street outside can get pretty dusty and noisy, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our day on the phone talking to drivers or looking up the latest timings on the screen. It is a lot of back-and-forth work, but we enjoy being right here in the mix of things. People come to us because they know the location is handy. We don’t have a marketing team or any big banners. It is just us doing the bookings one by one. If you need to get a ticket or find a ride for a few days, we just check what is available and tell you the price straight. We keep the paperwork as simple as possible. It’s a practical business for practical people, and we have stayed in Chhoti Gwaltoli because it is where the action is every single day.
