We are located at 23-C, Sector-A on Samwer Road. This part of the Industrial Estate is always buzzing with activity. Shree Radhaswamy Steel Industry is our main focus every single day. We spend most of our hours surrounded by stacks of metal and the sound of heavy machinery. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we are good at. We start the day by checking the schedule and seeing what needs to be moved or processed. The air in Sector-A is usually thick with the sounds of other shops too—grinding, welding, and trucks reversing. We do not have much in the way of a fancy office. Most of the space is taken up by the raw materials and the tools we use. We talk to our customers plainly. There is no need for big words when you are talking about steel. You just need to know the size and the weight. We have been here long enough that we know most of the people in the neighboring units. We help each other out when someone needs a hand or a specific tool. It is a community of workers really. We take pride in just getting through the day’s list without any major issues. It is simple, hard work and we would not have it any other way right now. The iron dust gets on everything, but we do not mind much. It is just a sign of a good day.
