Our shop is located at L G 02 E B 250 in Scheme No 94, which is in the Vijay Nagar area of Indore. We are right on the Ring Road, so there is always a lot of traffic passing by. Vijay Nagar is a growing part of the city, and being in Scheme No 94 puts us right in the middle of a lot of new activity. The office is on the lower ground floor, which keeps it a bit cooler during the hot Indore summers. We handle all kinds of travel arrangements here. It is a small shop, but we stay busy. We don't have any polished marketing slogans. We just talk to people about where they want to go and try to find a way to make it happen. Working near the Ring Road means we are very connected to the rest of the city. We have our routine—opening up in the morning, checking the messages that came in overnight, and starting the bookings. It can be a lot of back-and-forth with hotels and transport providers, but we are used to it. The name might sound like a big website, but we are just local people working in a shop in Vijay Nagar. We like being able to see our customers and explain things to them directly. It makes the work feel more real than just being a voice on a phone. That is how we operate.
