Our place is located at Plot No. 19-20 B in the Rangwasa industrial area. It’s right behind Gurukul School in the Rau district. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't used to this side of town, specifically Bsk 2nd Stage in Banashankari. Ishan Clothes Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a while. It’s a large plot, so we have plenty of room for all the fabric and the machines we use. The noise of the machines is something you just get used to after the first week. We spend most of our time dealing with rolls of cloth and making sure the stitching is okay. It’s a lot of hands-on work. The office part is just a small corner where we handle the bills and the shipping labels. We don't have fancy furniture or a reception desk. Usually, someone is just yelling over the hum of the factory to get a point across. It gets dusty, and in the summer, it gets pretty warm inside, but we keep the fans going. We have a regular crew that shows up every day. Some have been here since we first moved into this building. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there. We just want to make sure the orders leave the gate on time. Dealing with logistics in this area can be a headache sometimes with the traffic, but we manage. It's a regular, hardworking environment. We don't worry about being fancy, we just worry about getting the cloth cut and sewn properly.
