Bambooz

Bambooz is situated at 727 Usha Nagar, right on the Annapurna Main Road in Indore. We are directly opposite the Dushera Maidan, which is a huge landmark that everyone in this part of the city knows. During festival times, the whole area gets incredibly crowded and noisy, and we feel like we are right in the middle of all that energy. Our place is simple and reflects the busy life of Annapurna Nagar. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls; we just focus on having enough chairs and space for everyone who wants to sit down. The daily routine starts early with the heavy lifting in the kitchen and getting the pots ready. We are not a big company with many locations across India. This is our one spot, and we put all our time and energy into it. The staff is mostly people from the nearby blocks who have been working with us for a while now. We see a lot of students and local workers who want something fast and filling during their lunch hour. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do here. We just cook the food and serve it. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the front door when it’s heavy, or the pavement outside gets dusty, but that is just part of being in Indore. It is a straightforward place for regular people.
