Rajdeep Rolling Mills has our office at No 12-B in Sector-C on Sanwer Road. It is an industrial part of town so you see a lot of factories and warehouses around us. The rolling mill itself is where the real work happens. It is a loud place with big machines running most of the time. We spend our days making sure the production stays on track. There is a lot of heat and noise but you get used to it after a few years. We have a decent team of workers who know the machines inside out. Our office is just a small space where we handle the orders and talk to people on the phone. It's usually a bit dusty because of the mill but we try to keep the paperwork clean. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to produce good material that people can use. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we all have to scramble to get it fixed so we don't fall behind. Those days are tough but we manage. We’ve been operating here on Sanwer Road for quite a while now. Most of our clients are businesses that have been buying from us for a long time. We don't have any fancy brochures or a marketing team. We just focus on the rolling process and getting things out the door on time. It is a busy life but we are used to it.
