Raj Mandir Travels

Our office is tucked away at number 13 in Vikas Tower, which is right on the Navlakha Main Road. Being so close to the Zoo means we get a lot of people passing by, especially on weekends when families are out. The traffic on the main road is almost always loud, but you get used to it after a few weeks. Inside, it’s mostly just us sitting behind the counter with a couple of computers that sometimes run a bit slow. We don’t have a big sign with flashing lights, just a regular board so people can find Raj Mandir Travels. It gets quite dusty because of all the vehicles outside, so we are always wiping down the desks. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or helping someone figure out which bus they need to catch. We keep a stack of old registers on the shelf because that’s how we’ve always done it. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit by the door to get some air. It’s a small space, but it’s enough for what we do here. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm. We are just a local travel office in Indore where people can come in, sit down for a minute, and get their travel stuff sorted without any fuss. It’s practical and keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Most days go by pretty fast.
