Pawan Putra Steel Railing

Our shop is located at Plot No. 9 in Karas Dev Nagar. We’re right off the Iti Mr-9 Road, not too far from the Sukhliya Main Road. It’s a decent spot for a workshop. We spend most of our time welding and polishing steel railings. It’s messy work. There are sparks flying and the smell of hot metal everywhere. We started this because we knew how to work with steel and there seemed to be a need for it around here. We don't have a showroom or anything like that. Most of the stuff we make is sitting right there on the dusty floor until it’s ready to go out to the site. We do railings for stairs, balconies, and whatever else people ask for. Sometimes the designs are simple, and sometimes they get a bit more complicated. We just take it as it comes. It's usually just a few of us working together. We talk, we listen to the radio, and we get the welding done. If you come by, you’ll probably see us covered in soot or wearing our welding masks. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like seeing the finished product once it’s all cleaned up and shiny. People around Sukhliya know we’re here. We don't go out looking for work much; it just seems to find us. We've been at this spot for several years and it suits us fine.
