Sonu Foods

Sonu Foods is located over at 18 Vijay Udhyog Nagar in the Palda area. It's a busy industrial part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and movement around us throughout the day. We spend our time dealing with raw ingredients and getting products ready for the local market. It’s messy work sometimes, and the smells from the kitchen or the processing floor tend to stick to your clothes after a long shift. We started small and just kept at it, year after year, without making much noise about it. Most of the staff live nearby in the surrounding neighborhood, so it feels like a real community spot even though we're tucked away in a factory zone. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures because that’s just not our style. Most of our time goes into making sure the batches are consistent and the packaging is sealed tight so nothing goes to waste. Machines break down every now and then, and then everyone has to jump in to fix things so we don't fall behind on our orders. It's not a glamorous life by any means, but it's what we know how to do. We see the delivery trucks come in early and leave late at night. We just focus on the food we're making and try to keep things moving along steadily. The office is small and usually filled with the sound of someone checking orders.
