Omg Tours & Travels

Omg Tours & Travels is based in Nariman Point, over in Mahalaxmi Nagar. It’s a decent area of Indore and we’ve been here for a bit now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get work done. We spend a lot of our time on the phone making sure drivers are on time. Sometimes the rains make everything slow down, and we have to explain that to people. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people in Mahalaxmi Nagar knowing who we are. If someone needs a car for a day or a trip to the airport, they usually just drop by. We keep it simple. There are no complicated contracts or hidden stuff. We just tell you the price and get the car ready. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything, but we manage. Some days are quieter than others. On those days, we just sit and drink some chai and wait for the phone to ring. We are just regular people trying to run a small business. It’s not always perfect, but we try to do right by the people who trust us. That is basically how we operate every day.
