Our office is Flat No 201 in the Gurukripa Crown 842 building, which is in the Jeevandeep area of Indore. Namdeo Foods And Beverages Private Limited is basically run out of this apartment space. It feels more like a home than a regular office, which is actually quite nice for us. We have desks set up in what would be the living room. It can get a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at the same time, but we make it work. Being on the second floor means we can see the street below. We deal with all sorts of food and drink distribution from here. It’s a lot of inventory tracking and making sure the logistics are sorted out. We don’t have any big slogans. We just want to do a decent job and make sure our clients are happy with what they get. Some of us bring home-cooked food for lunch and we all eat together at the big table in the back. Indore is our home and we know the food market here pretty well. We spend our days chasing after transporters and checking on stock levels. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We just take things one day at a time and try to grow the business slowly.
