The shop is mostly filled with big sheets of metal and the machines we use to cut them down to size. It’s a noisy environment, which is what you’d expect from a place that deals with industrial metal all day long. We get all kinds of orders, some from big construction sites and others from people just needing a small piece for a home project. The floor is usually covered in tiny metal shavings and there is a lot of heavy lifting involved. We wear our work boots and spend most of the day standing at the benches. It gets pretty hot in here during the summer, but we just keep the doors open to get a bit of a breeze from the road. We aren't really office people; most of our time is spent measuring, marking, and running the saws. We’ve been in this part of Indore for a good while and know the other business owners on the block.
