We've been at C-21 Bhawarkuwa for a while now. It's tucked away right behind Tittos, which most people around here know. Our office is a simple place where we handle bus tickets and car rentals for people heading out of Indore. It's often busy because of the college students nearby and families going on weekend trips. We mostly deal with local routes but can sort out longer journeys if needed. My brother and I run the front desk ourselves. We aren't some big corporation with hundreds of employees; it's just a small team making sure things run right. Sometimes the traffic outside at the square is quite loud, but we've gotten used to it. We don't have a fancy website with bells and whistles. We just use a paper ledger and a computer to keep track of bookings. If a bus is running late, we'll tell you straight. There is no use in making up excuses when the road is blocked. We have a few drivers we have worked with for years, so we trust them to be careful. The office might need a fresh coat of paint soon, but it serves its purpose. If you're near Bhawar Kuan and need to get somewhere, just drop by. We're usually here from early morning until the last bus leaves. It’s practical, honest work and we like being part of the neighborhood here. We focus on getting the job done without any unnecessary fuss or complicated talk.
